avrei voluto, come detto nel precedente articolo, approfondire ulteriormente ( con fatti nuovi e clamorosi ) , ma come spiegato oggi risulta impossibile e dovrete pazientare ( mi è già venuto un mal di testa grosso come … per esempio, il palazzo del Quirinale !!! ha ha ha !!! eh si, perchè non ho mai fatto fatica come oggi a stare sul computer … ) qualche giorno !!!
In attesa, Vi trasmetto la lettera scritta alla Corte attraverso il sito www.echr.coe.int , e quella scritta al Consiglio d’Europa , utilizzando invece gli indirizzi email che compaiono su www.coe.int .

Message: Lettera per il Presidente della Corte : Egregio Presidente, non ho ricevuto risposta entro il 25 marzo 2012, quindi dichiaro che il mio terzo ricorso ( 21048/2011, Brivio Vs Italy ) è stato completamente a supporto e tutela del Racket Mafioso dei Colletti Governativi ( Presidenza della Repubblica Italiana, www.quirinale.it ) ed ora irreversibilmente è da considerarsi non più efficace per la Tutela e la Salvaguardia dei Diritti Umani ( sanciti anche dalla Convenzione Europea ) . Nell’eventualità che Voi o chiunque della Corte vorrete decidere per una nuova iscrizione a ruolo del caso giudiziario ” Brivio Vs Italy ” , siete invitati a comunicarmelo immediatamente e logicamente, essendo il quarto ricorso ( il primo falsificato, il secondo non registrato ed il terzo a supporto dei Criminali del Quirinale, quidi il quarto dovrà avere una nuova numerazione !! ) mi aspetterei la piena collaborazione ed applicazione della Convenzione da parte della Corte . Considero il giorno sei aprile 2012 come termine ultimo al fine della ricezione della comunicazione ( cartacea, elettronica, telefonica, etc .. ) da parte della Corte. Message: Letter to the President of the Court: Dear President, I have not received a reply by 25 March 2012, then I declare that my third application (21048/2011, Brivio Vs Italy) was fully in support and protection of the Mafioso Colletti Government Racket (Presidency of the Italian Republic, www.quirinale.it) and now irreversibly, is regarded as more effective for the Protection and the Protection of Human Rights (also sanctioned by the European Convention). In the event that you or anyone you want the Court to decide on a new application to its court case “Brivio Vs Italy”, you are invited to communicating it immediately and logically, being the fourth appeal (the first forged, the second and third Unregistered Criminals in support of the Quirinale, the fourth liquids will have a new number!) I would expect the full cooperation and implementation of the Convention by the Court. Consider a day April 6, 2012 as the deadline in order of receipt of communication (print, electronic, telephone, etc. ..) by the Court.
